Today on their day-off work, they happened to spot me at the entrance to the facility and handed me a package I had sent to my unit. They could easily and properly have taken no notice of me on a Sunday and waited for me to call during the week. By their kind consideration i was able to use the part in the package to complete my repair ahead of schedule. Very much appreciated.
