Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in a bind and need what I thought was the smallest unit available. But to my surprise they asked me questions about what size house I was moving out of and a few other things before suggesting a size increase at the least which made me think more and I decided on the larger unit. Good thing cause everything just barely fit perfect. I'll highly recommend and returning myself for sure.
