MJ is awesome . Needed a covered space for my new travel trailer and she got me taken care of fast! This location even has a dump station. That is pretty rare and very convenient. Now I am just waiting for another space to become available so I can store my other trailer. Highly Recommend!!!

People with RV 's we know it's a constant never ending pain in the a** ! Last weekend I decided summer was over time to put my 30 ' forest river trailer in storage . After endless amount of stress from being rudely denied no availability. I was referred to my guardian angel. It was Saturday 4:15 pm . Expecting to be answered by a machine or just one more person who hates there job and only cares about going home .. My call to Green Valley Storage was answered by the wonderfully helpful Miss MJ manager of green valley storage assured me there was more then enough time left in the day . Told me exactly what paperwork I should have with me and encouraged me to head over by telling me no worries I've got you what ever it takes . Only the office closes at 5pm the gate doesn't lock till 10pm and that she would personally be there to guide me in to my space. I've lived in las Vegas 32 yrs never have I been shown so much kindness. Even after a dozen fail attempts to back into my space MJ was very calm and understanding . Offering to go back in the office to find me a space that I would be able to back in to. Knowing she would have to do my paperwork all over again. MJ not only saved my day but took away my stress . I am not a review kind of man . But if MJ can go that extra mile for me then I can wright my first review for MJ. HAPPY TOO! THANKS AGAIN

I am so impressed with MJ. She took her time and explained everything. Walked me to show me the site I would be renting. Really made me feel good about storing my property there. The entire facility is clean and no issues to be seen. Thank you MJ!

MJ was very friendly and helpful in getting a spot for both our boat and 5th wheel! The lot is clean and well kept!!!
